On Saturday, India played against England in Lord’s. The team of blue jersey won the 3rd ODI with 153 runs against England. Winning the game with 16 runs was a well fairplay series for Jhulan Goswami’s retirement. Dipti sharma running out Charlie Dean on the non-striker end. It might have helped Indian cricket team massively for winning the match. Unfortunately, the player of the match was Renuka Singh. At a very young age of 26, Renuka showed the glimpse of her fast bowling.
Still being new in International cricket, she shows the glimpses of her bowling, the era of Jhulan didn’t not extinct. On the farewell series of Jhulan, Renuka dismissed Tammy Beaumont, Emma Lamb, Sophia Dunkley and Amy Jones with 4 wickets at 29 runs.
Renuka while taking 11 wickets became India’s leading wicket keeper for India in Birmingham Common Wealth games. In T-20s she also shows impressiveness of her match with 15 wickets in 14 games.
