A cannibal who reportedly cooked and ate a man’s body parts may be executed after psychologists deemed him sane and competent for trial.
When the matter initially came to light last year, authorities in Idaho, the United States, were taken aback.Since then, he has had a series of psychiatric assessments, all of which have concluded that he is not mad.
According to the Bonner County Daily Bee, the guy is accused with first-degree murder and cannibalism.
James David Russell, 40, has been found mentally fit to stand trial on the charges coming from the September 10 murder and probable cannibalism of David Flaget.
