The first trailer for the upcoming action-spy thriller Citadel was released by Amazon Prime video. The Russo Brothers, Richard Madden, and Priyanka Chopra are just a few of the remarkable cast and crew members of the web series. In order to prevent the emergence of a new world order, two Citadel spies who don’t recall their past lives—Richard from Game of Thrones and Priyanka from Quantico—are brought back into duty. Citadel is based on an independent international spy organisation. Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh are played by Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, respectively. The pair were once elite Citadel agents, but since the Citadel’s fall, their memories have been erased, and they have remained hidden. They are completely unaware of their pasts. Bernard Orlick, their old Citadel coworker, is played by Stanley Tucci, and he badly needs Mason and Nadia’s assistance to stop Manticore from establishing a new global order.
The trailer begins with Nadia and Mason on train. In red, she radiates all the charm of a femme fatale. Nevertheless, all quickly changes as an explosion occurs in the trains. Afterwards, we catch a glimpse of Nadia and Mason dining. He makes an attempt to make her remember her previous life as a spy and even tosses a knife at her in the hopes that her old reflexes will work, but to no avail. She is aware of having seen him in a dream. Nadia and Mason will, however, get closer, share secrets , undertake missions, take on some bad guys, and make some leaps of faith throughout the course of the season.
On that day, a brief teaser for Citadel with a voiceover by Stanley Tucci that read, “Your entire worldview is false. Your identity was a myth. Citadel was what you were.”
