The Enforcement Directorate has dig up a Rs 250 crore illegal mining fiddle in Bihar involving two private enterprises, officers said. The agency has also seized Rs1.5 crore in cash and property documents worth Rs 11 crore after conducting quests at 27 locales.
According to the Indian Epidemic Intelligence Service( MEIS), in recent months,survey have been conducted at colorful places belonging to Broadson Commodities Private Limited, Aditya Multicom Private Limited, their directors, and chartered accountants in Patna. The inquiry agency has also raided locales in Dhanbad, Hazaribagh( Jharkhand), and Kolkata. They’ve seized fixed deposits worth six million rupees and firmed 60 bank accounts during the raids. The ED inquiry arise from colorful complaints filed by the Bihar Mining Department against Broadson Commodities Pvt Ltd and Aditya Multicom Private limited and their directors for illegal beach mining and its trade without complying with departmental guidelines.
The ED has seized cash and impeach documents during the hunt operation. Other material, similar as trade deeds of parcels, was also set up.
