The development of the cyclonic circulation in the lower parts of West Bengal can lead to medium to heavy rains with thunderstorms in this week.
According to the Alipore meteorological department of West Bengal, the cyclonic circulation can cause destructive activities that can bring about medium to heavy amounts of rainfalls with thunderbolts and lightning to Kolkata and its adjoining districts by gusty strong winds like Norwesters at a speed of 50-60 kmph.
But the rainfalls will have no impact on temperatures with the constant continuation of maximization of rising temperatures upto 35° to 37° Celsius.
There will be moisture in the air which will again increase the humidity along with the increase in temperature which will not save and relieve us from the hot and uncomfortable weather conditions.
There are predictions of 4 to 5 norwesters for the next 10 days of rainfalls with the thunderbolts and thunderstorms. There are also some speculations that it will definitely fulfill the deficient amount of rainfalls of the month of May.
